First, check that your product is eligible: every product page tells you which terms apply. A product is covered only if its product page shows that the Warranty Policy applies and links to it. Some products fall under our Phone Case warranty, some under our Tech Accessory warranty, and some are marked as excluded.
The following aren't covered: screen protectors, camera lens protectors and lens gems (these have their own scheme); collectibles, figures, stickers and apparel; and promotional or gift items such as Friends & Family Sale items, Premium Box Sets, Blind Box items and Gifts With Purchase — along with anything marked as excluded on its product page.
To make a claim, have your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue ready, then:
• Online or app orders — contact our Customer Service team to start your claim.
• Retail store orders — bring your product and receipt to a CASETiFY store, and our team will take a look in person.
We can't process a claim without proof of purchase and photo/video evidence. Once you've reached out, we'll review your claim and let you know the next steps.
Since the warranty is a CASETiFY Club offer which is bounded with the Membership account, the warranty can only be claimed by the account user of the order placed. All warranty requests must be submitted together with a valid CASETiFY order number or corresponding order details to our customer service team for review.
If your purchase was completed before 16:00 UTC (4:00 pm UTC) on 7 September 2026, the warranty that applied at the time of your purchase continues to apply — not the updated terms. You can check the date and time of your purchase on your order confirmation, and the previous Warranty Policy remains available.
Your satisfaction is what we're here for. If something's wrong with your order, you may be covered by our 10-Day No Questions Asked return or exchange on eligible orders — that's separate from the warranty below.
Past the 10-day window, you're still covered by our product warranty. For eligible products, you get a one-time replacement of the same product within your coverage period, based on your CASETiFY Club tier at the time of purchase:
• Phone Cases: Gold 24 months · Silver / Bronze / Basic 18 months · Guest 6 months
• Tech Accessories: Gold 18 months · Silver / Bronze / Basic 12 months · Guest 6 months
The warranty covers genuine defects and the normal-use issues we've now expanded to include — such as print peeling or fading, coating failure and yellowing on clear cases — but not accidental or wear-and-tear damage (see "What does the warranty cover?" below). If a replacement is approved and the same product is discontinued, we'll offer a product of equal value.
These terms apply to orders placed on or after the effective date of our updated Warranty Policy (16:00 UTC on 7 September 2026). Orders placed before then follow the warranty that applied at the time of purchase.
Under normal, everyday use, your warranty covers:
• Manufacturing and structural defects — detachment, cracking or splitting, broken buttons, broken or non-functional hinges or clips, MagSafe / magnet failure, or a case that doesn't fit the device model it was designed for.
• Print damage on printed designs — peeling, flaking, fading or scratching-off of the print.
• Protective coating failure — bubbling, lifting, or stickiness from the coating wearing or deteriorating.
• Yellowing or discolouration of clear or transparent cases.
It doesn't cover: everyday scratches, scuffs or cosmetic wear not caused by a defect (including on cases with no printed design); drops, impacts, crushing or other accidental damage; misuse, abuse or unintended use; normal ageing after your coverage period ends; liquid damage; lost or stolen products; damage to your phone or device itself; and products bought from unauthorised sellers or marketplaces.
We confirm every claim after our inspection and verification, and we reserve the right to verify claims and update this policy, subject to applicable law.
Online Purchase
Our Customer Support team will review your claim and let you know whether a return of product is needed.
In Store Purchase
Bring your item and receipt to a CASETiFY store. Our team will inspect the product and assess your claim. If your claim is approved and the replacement product is available in the store, we will generally complete a one-to-one exchange when you return the affected product. If the replacement product is not available in the store, including for an older device model, we may arrange for it to be transferred or ordered to that store.
If a return is required, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. If no return is needed and your claim is approved, you are responsible for the standard delivery fee of the replacement product.
