Follow these steps:
Log in to your CASETiFY account
Go to "My CASETiFY Club" in Account Details
Check your Email Address in "Settings"

Click Update Settings for any changes
Ensure your email address for waitlist sign-up is correct and valid.
Ensure "[email protected]" has been moved to your inbox to prevent missing any incoming mails in junk box.
